The University of Port Harcourt is a college in the Nigerian city of Port Harcourt. It was set up in 1975 as College School, Port Harcourt, and was given the University status in 1977.

Applications are welcomed from appropriately qualified contender for entrance into the Basic Studies Program of the University of Port Harcourt for the 2017/2018 scholarly session.
Qualification Requirements
Every candidate hopefuls ought to have WASSC/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB Ordinary Level with credit goes in no less than 5 important subjects.

COURSE DURATION
The Program is for a time of one year (one scholarly session).
APPLICATION
Online application will initiate from Monday, July 24, 2017; while the end date for application is 12 midnight on November 24th, 2017.

Technique For APPLICATION
Application is on the web, Logon to www.uniport.edu.ng and take after the guidelines; an expense of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15, 000.00), barring Bank charges is required.

SCREENING EXERCISE
The Screening Test will be Computer-Based and it will take place on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. Setting: ICTC, University Park (Abuja Campus), University of Port Harcourt.
