Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission to the University of Ibadan (UI) DEGREE degree programmes for the academic year 2022/2023.
University of Ibadan 2022/2023 Post UTME Form and Registration Guidelines
The University website will be open from Thursday, December 1, 2022 to Friday, January 13, 2023 for online submission of details and SSCE/NECO results.
The deadline for submission of biodata / O/level results cannot be extended. Therefore, all applicants who do not submit their biodata by the deadline will not be considered for post-UTME screening and admission to the University of Ibadan (UI).
UI Post UTME Screening Admission Requirements
Applicants who selected the University of Ibadan (UI), Ibadan, as their first choice in the last UTME and achieved the minimum required score of 200.
UI Post UTME Screening Exercise Schedule
The date for UI post UTME will be communicated to the applicants through their email addresses and SMS. Therefore, applicants are advised to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers. The University will not be responsible for any failure to provide information due to invalid email addresses and working phone numbers.
How to Apply for UI Post UTME Form
To obtain the UI post UTME form, you must follow the procedure outlined below.
Applicants must log in to the Admissions Portal (https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng) using their Jamb registration number as their username and last name as their password, e.g. 65345521EG OYEKANMI (last name) Chibuzor Umar. An examination fee of N2,000.00 is to be paid through ADMISSION PORTAL in favour of the University of Ibadan (Admission Processing Fee Account). The applicant’s name, JAMB registration number, telephone number and email address must be provided when making the deposit.
Payment options for UI post UTME form:
- Credit/Debit card payment using the card ATM
- Cash payment at the bank using the printout from the portal to make the payment at the bank
- Direct debit from the bank account using your internet banking tool to make the payment.
Applicants are expected to print out the payment voucher showing the applicant’s full name (SURNAME first), as on the UTME result slip, before the JAMB registration number, as the payee and the payment reference number with the success message.
After successful payment, applicants should log into the portal at TWO (2) WEEKS to print their biodata.
Applicants should ensure that the online forms are completed carefully and follow the necessary instructions ALL as “mistakes” may result in disqualification.
Please complete the online forms in CAPITAL letters only.
Applicants are expected to upload their passport photos and signatures. The image format for the passport photo and signature is JPEG and must not exceed 50kb. Photos must be clean and clear, without glasses and cap/headgear.
Applicants must then print the proof of completion and keep it for future reference.
An online helpdesk platform at http://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng/helpdesk will be available to handle any genuine inquiries.
Providing false information or forged documents is a serious offence. Applicants are therefore advised to submit only genuine documents. Anyone guilty of such an offence will be automatically disqualified and, in appropriate cases, turned over to law enforcement authorities.
The date of Post-UTME Examination will be intimated to the applicants in due course. Applicants are therefore advised to provide valid and active email addresses and telephone numbers. The University assumes no responsibility for failure to provide information due to invalid email addresses and working telephone numbers.
