A member of the Ubima Community group of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Rivers State Nigeria has mistakenly shot himself dead.
The OSPAC member, identified simply as Mr. Elemchukwu, reportedly shot himself last Thursday when his gun accidentally discharged while he was trying to get on his motorcycle.
