The Re-run election of Mashi Dutsi Federal Constituency Result

Alh. Salisu Yusuf Majigiri of Katsina State has condemned the Governor Aminu Bello’s
administration for alleged several financial misdeeds and lack of accountability in the
handling of state finances. The PDP party’s chairman, Salisu Majigiri, at a press conference,
said the APC had failed the state “dolefully”, going by its campaign promises. Majigiri stated
that despite all the monies accrued to the state, the people had been experiencing
“excruciating pains and hunger, unemployment, and had been reduced to beggars”.
Reacting to the allegations, the Governor Masari’s Special Adviser on Political Affairs,

Shehu Zango, said the PDP was only playing to the gallery. Zango added that the masses in
Katsina State could attest to the fact that the APC government had delivered most of its
promises. He said there were abundant projects and achievements recorded in education,
agriculture, health, and security.
“Our government is open and transparent and can account for all expenditures unlike the past
PDP government. Go round and see; they just want to talk as usual. But our projects speak for
themselves,” he said.

"Give thanks to the Lord for He is good: His love endures forever."
