To fry in small batches, gently put the skewers into the vegetable oil and fry, for about 5 minutes, flip and fry till golden brown, an extra 3 to 5 minutes could be added. Remove on paper towels then season with salt and pepper.

For the waffle dough: Place the flour, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt, also eggs in a large bowl and whisk till no lumps remain. Put the fried tenders in the batter, coating thoroughly.

In batches, gently put the skewers back into the vegetable oil and fry, for about four minutes, then do the same for the chicken by flipping and frying for proper frying. Before serving, brush with a light coating of melted butter and drizzle with maple syrup. Then Serve warm.

Chocolate-Strawberry Waffle Ball on a Stick:

This excellent meal is composed of hulled strawberries, finely chopped semisweet chocolate, vegetable oil, dry pancake and waffle mix, confectioner sugar for dusting.

 

How is it made:

Thread all strawberry onto a wooden skewer, put on a baking sheet filled with parchment paper and refrigerate for about thirty minutes.

Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high at about fifteen-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is almost dissolved, remove and mix until smooth. Put the strawberries in the liquefied chocolate, then return to the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens for about fifteen minutes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pot till its hot. While the oil heats, make the pancake and waffle mix as the label directs using a specific measurement. Put the chocolate-covered strawberries in the dough, turning to coat, then sift. If the batter is too light, then add 1 to 3 more tablespoons dry mix.)
