Ndukuba proposed several initiatives. These included creating the Church of Nigeria Health Commission and a Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO). Both would address the healthcare needs of Nigerians. He also urged the development of pharmaceutical production and fellowship programs for healthcare professionals. These initiatives would enhance the Church’s medical outreach.
Ndukuba encouraged healthcare professionals within the Church to take action. He called this moment a “Kairos moment” for impactful service.
