Nigerian government is pleased to announce to the whole citizens of Nigeria on the current recruitment of teachers in jigawa state. The already selected candidates are being interviewed while more are yet to be selected.
Applicants are advised to make themselves available and to key into the information on how to go about it when the remaining recruitment starts . The recruitment will be starting soon as the government are willing to fill the spaces of teachers in jigawa state.
The spokesman of Jigawa State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), the person of wasilu Umar has just announced this to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Dutse, the state capital of jigawa.
He said the board has commenced interview for applicants who applied for the teaching jobs in just jigawa state, he also said salisu zakar who is he Executive Chairman of the board, comfirmed that the recruitment exercise was part of the government’s commitments iniensuring that the children in the state are having quality education.
The spokesman quoted Mr Zakar as saying the state government intended to recruit 1,393 teachers at basic level.
Already, about 643 teachers were recruited in the first round andanow the board is willing and ready to recruit the remaining 750 teacher that will the remaining gaps.
“The chairman said on wednesday that based on the approval of the state government, the board will recruit 274 English teachers, 934 Mathematics teachers and 185 Basic Science teachers for primary and junior secondary schools across the state.
