NiMet Predicts Nationwide Rainfall in Nigeria Today (Saturday)


Nigeria will experience heavy rainfall today, Saturday June 10 and it will be nationwide, says the Nigerian Meteorological Agency.

NiMet Predicts Nationwide Rainfall in Nigeria Today (Saturday)

The Nigerian Meteorological Agency on Friday predicted that there will be a serious rainfall on Saturday of June 10 2017. According to their statement, the rain will affect almost  all Nigeria cities as mentioned nationwide.

There will be thunderstorms over Abuja, Jos , Jalingo Axis, and Kaduna in the afternoon and evening hours. Reported by NiMet’s Weather Outlook by its Central Forecast Office (CFO).

In addition, the region would have day and night temperature of 27 to 31 and 17 to 23 degrees Celsius respectively.

As predicted by NiMet, the northern states of Nigeria will experience partly cloudy to cloudy morning condition with prospect of localised thunderstorms over southern Borno, Yola, Katsina, and Gusau axis in the afternoon and evening period.
