2. We paid our GOTV subscription fee with uba mobile app, process showed successful and my bank alerted me of the deduction. Then we put on our decoder to discover no channels is showing. We thought it will show in few hours time and left it, but today making it 3days still no good result. I’m not in any way happy with this deed of yours. Please you people should have this resolve let my gotv work proper. And if these should keep repeating itself then you people are chasing your customers away by yourself. 123. On Tuesday, 12th Sept 2017, I was disappointed with GoTV. I stayed glued to the TV to watch the UEFA champions league match. At a time in Blitz sport, it was shown that Select Sport 3 would view the match. Alas, there was nothing like that on Select sport 1,2,3. I was greatly disappointed.

     On critical review, I realised that I was only having sport 1,2, and 3. Select Sport 9 was absent from my view. Can you please activate Select Sport 9 on my decoder. My IUC is 2028599955.

     Please clarify if you would be viewing the UEFA champions league matches and on which sport channel would it be.

     I cannot afford to miss the matches.

     I paid my GOTV subscription fee with my UBA mobile bank application yesterday{more than 24 hours} and the process showed successful with my receipt printed out and the money being deducted from my account. Later when the decoder was put on to discovered no channel was showing with the hope of maybe it will be restored later, but to my time of writing you nothing has come from you people. In the light this i want you people to restore all the channels i paid for and make sure you stop collecting money for services you didnt rendered. Thanks
