Good News: President Buhari Returns to Nigeria At Last!
According to a statement by the Presidency on Saturday morning,
President Muhammadu Buhari will finally return to the country later today, after the medical treatment he has been receiving in London.
In a statement signed by the Presidential Spokesman, Femi Adesina, the President who has been away for 104 days, will address Nigerians in a broadcast by 7 a.m on Monday, August 21, 2017 on his return.
“He thanks all Nigerians who have prayed ceaselessly for his recovery and well-being since the beginning of the health challenge”, the statement declared.
There are mixed reactions however concerning his return. While some are happy that the president is finally returning to the country, others feel it is due to the several protests that the president is being forced back to the country. As such, the question on their lips is, is the president healthy or strong enough to run the affairs of the country?
