After renewal of your GOTV subscription you mighty like run into issues of E-16 error which will prevent some or all the channels from working. Type RESET(space) first ten digits of your IUC number and send to 4688.e.g RESET 1234567890 to 4688 while your decoder is powered.

  2. I did a monthly subscription of 1900 but the error code is still on though the decoder was not powered when i paid,but afterwards when it was powered the error code was still showing. Pls how do I correct this? My IUc is 4620946502. Thanks
