  2. pls, I can’t make calls or browse the Internet for three days now
    sometimes no network bars, and if there happen to be network bars and I try calling a number
    I will be see response like “NETWORK BUSY”

    I ve tried all possible tricks but it still persist
    and it has been like that for three days now.

    I will be very Happy is this is been rectify for me in due moments .

  24. Your service is the poorest among all networks in Nigeria. I load 1000 naira card and u credit me with 800 naira. I try to speak with ur customers care the computer was saying sort of thing without asking if I want to speak to an agent. Please return my friendship request 200 naira now

For example, I bought Two Hundred Naira worth credit card on 14/09/2017 to load My 9Mobile number 090952135281.     I loaded 1k in my 9mobile phone but regretably i found nothing in my balance and further call i made reported voice call.I had been on easyflex for a while but just deactivated for igb data plan.

  32. If you have been trying to speak with an Etisalat customer care represntative but dont get that option on the menu then here’s a way around it
    Procedure
    * Dial 200
    * Select your language option
    * Select option 9 (to get to the main menu)
    * Select option 4
    * Select option 3
    * Select option 4
    * Select option 1
    Your call will be directed to an Etisalat customer care representative

  39. Just obtained a new 9mobile line at your store in Ikeja city mall. I was not duly informed it was mandatory for me to place a call on the new line within 48hrs. By and large I had to register the number at the same store yesterday 2nd Oct but the N1000 credit I loaded when I was got the number plus 100 naira paid was not reflected. this is quite annoying and totally unacceptable. 09090388772
